Computer setup

• Determine your operating system - Find out which version of Windows or OS X your computer is running
• Find your computer's MAC address - Locate your computer's MAC address on Windows or OS X
• Find your data jack - Locate your data (Internet) jack in your room/apartment

Networking

• Release/Renew - Renewing your IP address can restore your Internet access
• Remove "Dial a connection" pop-up - Information on removing a dialup prompt when trying to access the Internet
