Determine Your Operating System

Click here or scroll below if you have a Windows computer.

Click here or scroll below if you have a Macintosh computer.

Windows

• Right-click on My Computer and choose Properties. My Computer can also be found in the Start menu.

• The following window should appear. Your version of Windows and Service Pack should be listed in the window that pops up, as shown in the circled area below.

Macintosh

• From the Apple menu, select About This Mac

• The following window should appear. Your operating system is listed under the Apple logo, as well as the version of your operating system.
