Phone assistance is the second step in receiving ResNet help on campus. The
first is browsing through our extensive online help guides to find
an answer to your problem, located here.
If you cannot find your answer in these guides, ResNet provides phone
support six days of the week in conjunction with the Computer Consulting
Center.
To reach ResNet phone support, call 273-RSNT (3-7768).
If we are unable to assist you over the phone, we will schedule an appointment
for you with a ResNet Computer Consultant (RCC). If our helpdesk is
currently closed, you may leave a voicemail or e-mail us at resnet@uni.edu
and we will attempt to reach you the next time we are open.
A few simple troubleshooting actions you can try are listed below-
