Clearing the Browser Cache

If your computer is registered (view your registrations here) and you see the ResNet registration page when opening your web browser, you may need to clear the browser cache. To do so, read the following instructions that correspond to your web browser.

Firefox

1. Go to the Tools menubar option, and select Clear Private Data.

2. A window will pop up allowing you to choose which data you would like to clear. Make sure Cache is selected, then click Clear Private Data Now.

After following these steps, it may be necessary to refresh or restart your web browser.

Internet Explorer

1. Go to the Tools menubar option, and select Delete Browsing History.

2. A window will pop up allowing you to choose which data you would like to delete. Choose to Delete files... .

After following these steps, it may be necessary to refresh or restart your web browser.

If you continue to see the registration page after following these steps, try doing a release/renew of your IP address. If a release/renew does not resolve the issue, please call the ResNet helpdesk at 3-RSNT (3-7768).
